Microban – THe polypropylene handles have Microban antimicrobial protection built in. This inhibits odor and stain causing bacteria, mold and mildew.
Hardened Stainless Steel Blades – Tramontina blades are made from stainless steel and submitted to a sub-zero thermal processing treatment that hardens the steel helping it to keep the edge sharper for longer.
